Speaking of Republican Cowards

Texas governor, Greg Abbott, has denied local authorities the ability to create and enforce rules regarding wearing masks to reduce the spread of Covid-19.  Several Texas' mayors asked the governor to reconsider his position and allow cities to implement and enforce requirements for public mask wearing.  With Texas facing nearly daily records in infection and warnings of from public health experts - Abbott has again refused to allow local leaders the ability to contain the spread of Covid-19 in their communities.  It's criminal and cowardly.
