Can A Person Fail 100% of the Time?

One month since Trump declared war on the coronavirus.  One month of abject failures and lies.  If mayors and governors hadn't stepped up and put meaningful social distancing policies in place, we would be looking at 100,000 dead Americans today instead of 23,000.  Trump commands the podium at daily briefing with his bluster and lies, but in the real world, he commands only contempt for his complete failure to do his duty.
We can't say that the failure is surprising. It has been clear, every week of the pandemic, that Trump's interest lies in making grandiose claims about his successes, not in actually succeeding...
