Every Age Group Has the Virus (If You Look For It)

What happens when you randomly sample a population for coronavirus? You get the distribution shown by the blue columns.  If you only sample individuals who are symptomatic, you get a distribution more like that represented by the red columns.  Second question - what happens when non-symptomatic individuals who have Covid-19 interact with individuals who are not infected?  More infected people.
